Cannon Leadership Founder Danielle Johnson

I am an entrepreneur, founder of Cannon Leadership Group, and executive coach. I’ve spent the past two decades coaching high performers and leading global and regional business organizations across high tech, retail, and finance industries.

I’ve received Executive Coaching Certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and The Coaches Training Institute, and a Systemic Team Coaching Certification from The Global Team Coaching Institute. I hold a PCC Accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, the most rigorous and respected in the industry.

I’ve built a reputation with my clients for being relationship-centric, intuitive, and masterful at knowing when to push them outside their comfort zone. 

As a lifelong learner, my best days start with a great french press and something that challenges my mind. The two things that I am most proud of are: raising a son that is resilient, models empathy and has a wicked sense of humor & the number of people that I’ve worked with that have told me I changed their life.

I’m grateful for the trust that clients grant me to truly see them, as I’m inspired by each of them. My mission is to help as many people accomplish their dreams in life as humanly possible.
