One-on-one Employee Coaching Program

This program allows you to offer a limited number of coaching sessions as a benefit to all or a segmented group of your employees. The employee is empowered to book sessions directly with us, whenever the need arises.

This could mean providing support to a leader who is interested in strengthening a specific behavior, facing a difficult challenge, feeling stuck, or ready to take the next step in their career and  looking for additional development and support.
