Define
Through our immersive exploration phase we define exactly what you’re trying to achieve and the impact you desire. These insights often highlight opportunities previously unseen.
From there, we’ll identify what’s needed to get a lay of the land. This could be crowdsourcing (insights from stakeholders and those closest to the problems we’re trying to solve), or bringing in one of the many benchmarking tools at our disposal.
Co-Create
Together we’ll design a detailed roadmap for maximum impact. Each plan is unique and crafted using a combination of insights and techniques from behavioral science, organizational effectiveness, and humanistic psychology.

Execute
Once a roadmap is defined, the execution phase begins. Here you will experiment with the various tactics, activities, and ways of thinking that were mapped out in the previous phases.
We’re consistently validating, and asking “Are you getting the results you want?” Often clients notice there are things that seemed our of reach in the beginning, that now feel possible? Or maybe we’re right where we need to be. Either way, we will continue to evaluate and pivot through this phase.
Sustain
Whether you want to design a long-range plan to sustain the progress you’ve made or design your own method of expanding impact, you’ll have the tools you need for continued success.
